Who runs this

Trench Report (trenchreports.com) is operated by Lincoln Smith, an individual based in Texas, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: support@trenchreports.com.

What it is — and isn't

Trench Report summarises public on-chain and market data and third-party risk reports (DexScreener, RugCheck, GoPlus Security) about crypto tokens. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it gives no buy or sell signals. Scores are heuristics. "Low signal risk" does not mean safe: tokens with nothing flagged can and often do lose all their value. The momentum score is a hand-tuned description of current market data and has not been backtested. Data can be wrong, late or missing. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Who can use it

Anyone may use the free scanner. You must be at least 18 to create an account, buy Pro or join the referral program.

Pro subscriptions

• The price and billing period are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from the Alerts tab → Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Founding price: if you subscribed during the founding offer, you keep that price for as long as the subscription stays active. If we ever change the price of an existing subscription for another reason, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies.
• One subscription is for one person.

One-time passes

A pass gives Pro for the period stated (30 days or one year) for a single payment. It does not renew. If you already have an active subscription, email us and we will refund a pass bought by mistake.

Refunds

Email support@trenchreports.com within 30 days of any charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 30 days, charges are not refundable except where the law requires. Payments made in stablecoins are refunded to the wallet they came from.

Free email alerts

You can ask for free email alerts on up to three tokens. We send one email to confirm your address first. Every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Referral program

• Pro subscribers get a personal link. Someone who subscribes through it gets the discount shown at checkout. When that person pays their first full invoice, you receive account credit (currently $4), applied to your future invoices. Up to 12 rewards per year.
• One level only: you are rewarded for people you refer, not for people they refer.
• Rewards are for paid subscriptions only — never for posts, likes, follows or reposts.
• When you share your link, say it is a referral link that earns you credit.
• Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, and spam void the reward. We may change or end the program; earned credit stays on your account.

The Telegram bot

The bot answers /scan requests and sends Pro alerts to a private chat you link. It never asks you to connect a wallet, sign a transaction or "verify" anything. Anything that does, using our name, is a scam.

Paid links

Some links may be affiliate links, marked "Paid link" next to them. We may earn a commission if you use them. Paid links are never shown on tokens with a high-risk read and never affect any score, flag, alert or ranking.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated bulk querying or reselling of the site, the bot or its data.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the site's limits or payment checks.
• No using Trench Report to promote tokens, run "call groups" or coordinate buying or selling.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with a refund of any unused paid period where the law requires.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and alerts running but cannot guarantee it. Alerts can be delayed, duplicated or missed, and third-party data sources can fail.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and material changes to paid terms are emailed to subscribers. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
